We welcome you to Gtmatrimony.com. The legally enforceable
conditions governing your use of the Site and membership are outlined in this
Agreement. Time to time, Gtmatrimony.com may make changes to this
Agreement. Membership and entrance privileges are reserved.
The traditional newspaper classified is being replaced by gtmatrimony.com,
an advertising platform that offers tailored advertising services for
matchmaking alliances. Gtmatrimony.com is not to be used in conjunction
with any commercial efforts; rather, it is just for the personal use of
individual members to market and promote their profiles in the hopes of finding
compatible matches.
The Gtmatrimony.com website is free to use. On the other
hand, we also provide Premium Memberships, which allow users to text prospects
and obtain their contact information based on the membership plans they choose.
All references to "You," "User," and
"Member" refer to the individual making use of our site and/or
services.
You must register as a member of the Site ("Member") in
order to use the Gtmatrimony.com Website/Mobile Site/Mobile
Applications/Community Sites/Shaadi.com network sites ("Site").
According to subclause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act of
2000, gtmatrimony.com is an intermediary. To use the Site and become a
"Member," you must accept the legally binding terms outlined in this
digital contract.
By using the Service, you agree to provide your personally
identifiable information, including sensitive information like your financial
information if you choose to pay for our membership, identity proofs if you
submit them, your religion, and other details, for collection, processing,
display, and use in order to provide the Service. If you object to the
collection or processing of your personal information, we recommend that you do
not register on our site.
If you would like to revoke your consent or object to the ongoing
collection or storage of your personal data, you must cease using our service
and deactivate your account by emailing help@gtmatrimony.com using your
registered email address. If it is not against the law, we will honour your
request within 30 days.
1. Eligibility:
a. In accordance with Indian law, you must be of legal
marriageable age (18 years or older for females and 21 years or older for
males) in order to register as a member of Gtmatrimony.com or use this site.
b. The purpose of the Gtmatrimony.com website is solely to assist
individuals in their personal advertisement for a valid marital alliance
between those who meet the legal requirements to be married under the
applicable laws.
c. Where prohibited, membership in the service is void. By
accessing this website, you represent and warrant that you are able to enter
into this Agreement and provide us with the necessary information, and that you
are not currently prohibited from doing so by any applicable laws or by any
orders, decrees, or injunctions from courts, tribunals, or other competent
authorities that would prevent you from getting married.
d. You also affirm that you will not use this site for casual
dating and that you plan to look for a life partner. Additionally, you commit
to following this Agreement's terms and conditions in full. At any point in
time, Gtmatrimony.com retains the right to immediately cancel your membership
and/or your right to use the Service without offering a refund for any unused
subscription fees if it determines (in its sole discretion) or has reasonable
suspicions that you are not eligible to become a member, that you have made any
false statements, or that you have violated these Terms of Use.
e. By using this site, you agree that the system's display of
match emails or match search results is dependent upon the partner choice
information you have provided in your profile.
2. User Responsibilities:
You alone bear full responsibility for all activities that take
place under your account and for keeping your login details private. You also
promise to make sure you log out of your account at the conclusion of each
session and to promptly tell us of any disclosure, unauthorised use of your
account, or other security breach.
3. Terms and Termination:
a. For as long as you use our Site, this Agreement will be in
force and effective.
b. You can cancel your membership by sending an email to
gtmatrimony.com at any time, for any reason. Unless otherwise specified in
writing, you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused subscription costs
that you may have paid in the event that you cancel your membership.
c. By sending a notice to the email address you provided in your
membership application or to any other email address you may later provide to
Gtmatrimony.com, Gtmatrimony.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or
your membership for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the
terms of use, using the service for commercial purposes, engaging in prohibited
or inappropriate communication or activity. If Gtmatrimony.com cancels your membership
due to a violation of this agreement, you will not be eligible for a
reimbursement of any subscription costs you may have paid.
d. Even after termination, some of this agreement's terms, such as
sections 4 through 7, and 10 through 14, will still be in force.
g. The duration of the paid membership would depend on the kind of
membership chosen.
f. The Company will reimburse you for 50% of the unused membership
costs you paid in the case of a business disruption.
4. Content Usage:
Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content
on the website without explicit permission.
a. You acknowledge that Gtmatrimony.com has the right to remove
any listing, communication, photo, or profile (collectively,
"Content") that, in Gtmatrimony.com's sole opinion, violates
this Agreement, is offensive or unlawful, infringes upon the rights of third
parties, endangers Gtmatrimony.com or its Members, or violates any other law.
b. You provide Gtmatrimony.com with your unconditional and
irreversible consent to use, store, distribute, reproduce, prepare derivative
works of, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such Content on
the Site and to other Gtmatrimony.com members for matchmaking purposes
from time to time with regard to Content you submit or make available for
inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site, including but not limited
to your contact details.
c. By sharing your success story, you hereby grant Gtmatrimony.com
permission to use, publish, and display your testimonies and photos on the
website.
d. You may only use the Services to advertise and publicise your
profile and to connect with other Members in order to locate compatible
matches. You acknowledge and agree that any information, whether publicly
posted, privately transmitted, or otherwise made available to Gtmatrimony.com,
including but not limited to data, text, photographs, graphics, communications,
tags, or other Content, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such
Content originated and that using it will be at the member's or individual's
own risk and responsibility.
For the aforementioned content uploaded or communicated by any
member on or off the Site, gtmatrimony.com assumes no responsibility and
disclaims all liability. Since Gtmatrimony.com has no control over the content
submitted over the Service, it cannot ensure the veracity, consistency, or
quality of such content. Under no circumstances will Gtmatrimony.com be liable
in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or
omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the of
any details posted, email’s or otherwise made available via the Service.
Instead, we advise all Users to independently verify the content.
e. GT Matrimony.com maintains the right to confirm the legitimacy
of any content that is submitted on the website. Gtmatrimony.com may request
any documentation or other type of proof to back up any content you provide on
the site in order to exercise this right. Your membership may be terminated
without reimbursement at Gtmatrimony.com's sole discretion if you are unable to
provide satisfactory proof of your identity.
f. An example of the types of Content that are forbidden or
illegal on the Site is provided in the list below. Anyone who breaches this
agreement may be subject to an investigation by gtmatrimony.com, which may include,
but is not limited to, the removal of the offending communication or content
from the Service and the termination of the violator's membership without
return.

vii. is overtly offensive to the community,
such as content that incites discrimination, racism, hatred, or any kind of
physical violence against any group or person;
The following behaviours are prohibited:

viii. harassing someone else or encouraging
harassment of them;

ix. sending "junk mail,"
"chain letters," unsolicited mass mailings, or "spamming";
·
x. endorsing material that you know to be
untrue or misleading or endorsing unlawful activity or behaviour that is
abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libellous;
·
xi. encourages the illicit or unauthorised
duplication of another person's copyrighted work; examples include sharing
pirated software or links to it, giving instructions on how to get around
copy-protected equipment installed by the manufacturer, or sharing music or
links to pirated files;
·
xii. has password-protected or restricted
access pages, hidden pages, or images (that is, pages that aren't connected to
or from another accessible page); xiii. shows any form of pornographic or
sexually explicit content;
· xiv. disseminates content that either sexually or violently abuses individuals under the age of eighteen or requests personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen; xv. disseminates educational materials about unlawful activities, such as manufacturing or purchasing illicit weapons, invading someone's privacy, or supplying or producing computer viruses;
5. Cancellation and Refund:
Once registered on our matrimony website by taking the premium package, it will not be refunded to you if you unregister or cancel your account on my website.
6. Shipping and Delivery:
Gtmatrimony.com is a platform exclusively designed for matrimonial purposes, facilitating individuals in their search for life partners. Our platform is dedicated solely to matrimonial services. We do not offer any physical products, and as such, there are no shipping or delivery options available.
